is an introductory course to the
Microsoft Windows system
administration and prepares
students with the skills needed
to install, configure and manage
a network operating system and
troubleshooting.
Students perform basic
administrative tasks such as
file and printer configuration,
user authentication and resource
access, and service installation
and security monitoring. They
will also practice
troubleshooting server and
network problems.
